Whether you visit our office and benefit from our unique brand
of natural and gentle healing; read our quarterly newsletter: PRAKTIKOS to discover new techniques for improving health or are just getting to know us via this site, we consider you part of our extended family.

Our only purpose is the improvement of your health, by helping you fight the effects of aging and recover from mishaps of life so that
you can lead a happy, active and productive life.

In order to achieve that goal we promise to form a partnership with you. As in all partnerships, you will be an active participant taking steps to help your body maintain the corrections that we initialize.

Because our focus is on you, you will always be treated as a unique human being and a special part of our extended family.

We are a family of Chiropractors:

Robert Borman D.C. has been in practice since 1978.
He was joined by his brother Bill Borman D.C. in 1992.
Robert's son, Dane Borman D.C. joined the practice in 2009.


Robert Borman D.C. bio:


Robert graduated from Colorado State University in 1974 and then graduated cum laude from the National College of Chiropractic in 1978. Since that time he has been in private practice in Denver specializing in the non-thrusting correction of spinal related nerve, muscle and joint problems. He was a teacher of physiology at the Boulder School of Massage Therapy for four years in the early eighties. He has also given special presentations to many groups including: the Kennedy School of Child Development, the Colorado Mountain Club, the Team Evergreen bike club, the Colorado Chiropractic College, the Rocky Mountain Dental Study Group and multiple civic organizations. He was on the board of directors of the Colorado Chiropractic Association from 1994 til 2001 and served as president in 2000. In 1999 he served on the Colorado Workers Compensation Chronic Pain Task Force. In addition to his professional duties he has been a volunteer for The Make a Wish Foundation by serving on the board of directors from 1984 til 1991 a and acted as president for his final two years. He also volunteered for the American Heart association as a school presenter and helped organize the annual Heart Walk for several years. He has also been published multiple times by the Colorado Chiropractic Associations monthly newsletter. He has also had a paper on a new non-thrusting chiropractic technique he developed published by a Dynamic Chiropractic, a national newspaper for chiropractors. Robert has three grown sons ( one of which is a chiropractor in his practice). Robert lives in Longmont with his wife Amy Johnson M.D. an OB-GYN at Longmont United Hospital and their daughter Teagan.

Bill Borman D.C. bio:

Bill attended the University of Colorado as an undergraduate before enrolling at the National College of Chiropractic where he was awarded his B.S. degree in Human Biology and then his D.C. degree. He has been practicing our unique form of non-thrusting chiropractic for over 15 years. Bill also uses our gentle finger walking techniques while doing a full body massage to extend the benefits of our work from the top of the head to the bottom of your feet. While in Chicago he met his wife Bonnie who is also a chiropractor from a chiropractic family. They live in Broomfield and have two beautiful children, Allie and Joey.

Dane Borman D.C. bio:

Dane is a second-generation chiropractor and represents the future of Dr Borman & Associates.  Dane has been trained in our gentle style of chiropractic. In addition to providing safe and effective chiropractic adjustments he also provides expert interpretation of x-rays, CT scans and MRIs for our patients and other physicians around the country. 

Dane graduated in 2000 with a B.S. from Colorado State University. In 2004 he graduated as the class valedictorian from Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, Oregon. He then joined the post-doctoral program in radiology at Western States and began teaching x-ray interpretation (radiology) to chiropractic students. In 2008 he was awarded his D.A.C.B.R. (Diplomate of the American Board of Radiology). He is currently teaching Pathophysiology to undergraduate students at the Community College of Denver and lecturing to professional groups around the country. Dane was also recently named the official team chiropractor for the nationally ranked Rocky Mountain Roller Girls roller derby team.

Dane is also planning to collaborate with Robert in presenting papers to the medical and chiropractic communities about our unique style of adjusting.  This is part of our attempt to make our gentle, safe and effective type of practice available to all, no matter where they live.
